When I'm not working, I love to read (mostly audiobooks – let's be real), write novels, spend time at Wrightsville Beach with my family + mini labradoodle, and make the perfect grilled cheese. 


I have over a decade of experience working in the UX, creative, Fintech, and business communications industry. I've led several teams, but I like to consider myself a teacher instead of a manager. My creative visions for the bigger picture is a major asset to any project. I'm constantly imagining new ways to describe a product and identify key user journeys as well as end-to-end experience with detailed wireframes that consider where users are coming from, and where they're going next. My style of writing prioritizes the user, brand voice, design, and considers the medium, whether it be for web, mobile, social, video, or print.
